It captures stray thoughts in a Braindump space and sorts them, breaks large tasks into startable steps, schedules the day around your real commitments, and rebuilds the schedule when the day falls apart. Your data is encrypted and never used to train AI models. Flowo is a support tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

How does auto-scheduling work?

You define Schedule Templates (protected blocks for sleep, meals, rest, and category time windows), then add Tasks (deadline + duration + importance), Events (fixed time), and Habits (recurring). Smart Planning resolves conflicts and finds optimal slots. Rescheduling adapts your timeline when you fall behind.
