Flowo is an executive function support system for ADHD and executive dysfunction. A planner hands the planning work back to you; Flowo carries it. It captures stray thoughts in a Braindump space and sorts them, breaks large tasks into startable steps, schedules the day around your real commitments, and rebuilds the schedule when the day falls apart. Your data is encrypted and never used to train AI models. Flowo is a support tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

How does auto-scheduling work?

You define Schedule Templates (protected blocks for sleep, meals, rest, and category time windows), then add Tasks (deadline + duration + importance), Events (fixed time), and Habits (recurring). Smart Planning resolves conflicts and finds optimal slots. Rescheduling adapts your timeline when you fall behind.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and BBMM Technologies Inc. (NS Registry ID 4825550), located at 1800 Argyle St, Unit 801, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 3N8, Canada, governing your use of the Flowo software application. By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. The full version is available at https://flowoapp.com/eula.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, BBMM grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for your own personal or internal business purposes on devices that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software. You may not remove proprietary notices or use the Software to develop a competing product.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. BBMM and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set out in this EULA.

4. Updates

BBMM may provide updates at its discretion. This EULA governs any updates unless accompanied by a separate end-user license agreement.

5. Third-Party and Open-Source Components

6. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

If obtained through the Apple App Store: This EULA is between you and BBMM only, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance or warranty obligations. BBMM is responsible for product liability claims and intellectual property infringement claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Subscription options: Flowo Pro Monthly (auto-renewable), Flowo Pro Annual (auto-renewable), Flowo Pro Lifetime (one-time). Payment charged to Apple ID at purchase confirmation. 7. Term and Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination, cease all use and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BBMM DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

BBMM'S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR CAD $100.00. BBMM IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
