Welcome to Flowo ("Service"), an adaptive task environment and intelligent scheduling application operated by Flowo Technologies Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with at least 30 days' notice of material changes.

2. Description of Service

Flowo is an intelligent environment for executive function support, leveraging adaptive scheduling to help users organize tasks and manage deadlines. Features include Braindump capture, visual time-blocking, and intelligent auto-planning.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.

4. Billing & Subscriptions

Subscription fees and entitlements are detailed on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited actions include unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping, or reverse engineering.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its proprietary methodology ("Cognitive Scaffolding") remain the exclusive property of Flowo Technologies Inc. You retain ownership of content you submit, granting us a license to process it to provide the Service.

7. Intelligent Features Disclaimer

System-generated schedules and time estimates are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months or CAD $100.00.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Flowo from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate access for breach. You may terminate through settings at any time.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Legal action must be brought in Halifax courts.

12. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
