Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Flowo mobile application and flowoapp.com, provided by BBMM Technologies Inc. (NS Registry ID 4825550), 1800 Argyle St, Unit 801, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 3N8, Canada. By using Flowo, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
1. Eligibility and Account-Free Access
You must be at least 16 to use Flowo. If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms where local law requires it.
Flowo does not require an email login or user account. The app creates a random, app-scoped installation identifier and uses Apple App Attest or Google Play Integrity to authenticate eligible installations, enforce quotas, and prevent abuse. That technical identity is not a profile and cannot be used to recover local planning content after you delete it.
2. What Flowo Provides
Flowo is a planning and productivity tool that can capture thoughts, break work into smaller steps, propose schedules, and help you revise a plan. Some features may be beta or early access and may change as the product develops.
Flowo is not a medical device, health-care provider, therapy, crisis service, or diagnostic or treatment tool. Its effectiveness for ADHD symptoms or clinical outcomes has not been established. Do not use Flowo as a substitute for professional care or for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.
3. Local Data and User-Invoked Cloud Features
Planning content is stored locally on your device and is not synchronized to a Flowo account. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups and reviewing exports before deleting app data.
When you invoke a cloud feature, you direct Flowo to process the content needed to answer that request. You retain ownership of your content and grant BBMM and its service providers only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to transmit, process, secure, and return that request. This permission ends when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to legal and security records described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions, Renewals, Cancellation, and Refunds
Prices, trial terms, billing periods, included features, and any introductory offer are shown in the applicable app-store purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account within the period stated by that store. Deleting Flowo does not cancel a subscription.
The applicable store processes payment, cancellation, and refund requests under its rules. Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, withdrawal right, legal guarantee, or other remedy that cannot be excluded under the law where you live.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use Flowo for lawful personal or internal business planning. You must not attempt to defeat installation attestation, quotas, access controls, or service security; disrupt the service; upload malware; use the service to harm others or violate their rights; scrape or automate access in a way that burdens the service; or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
We may block an installation or cloud access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risk, legal obligations, or a material breach of these Terms. Blocking cloud access does not give us access to local planning content.
6. Intellectual Property
Flowo's software, brand, documentation, interface, and original materials belong to BBMM Technologies Inc. or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and applicable app-store rules, BBMM grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Flowo on devices you own or control. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences. No ownership in your planning content transfers to BBMM.
7. Automated Suggestions
Generated steps, schedules, estimates, and other automated outputs are suggestions. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review an output before relying on it and keep independent records for important deadlines. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take.
8. Availability, Warranties, and Liability
Flowo is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, BBMM does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every suggestion will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes a legal guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights under mandatory consumer law.
Where the law permits a limit, BBMM is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms. BBMM's aggregate liability for claims connected with Flowo will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Flowo during the preceding 12 months or CAD $100. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without depriving you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country, province, state, or territory. Courts in Halifax, Nova Scotia may hear disputes, but this is not an exclusive venue where consumer law permits you to bring a claim in your home courts. Before filing a claim, either party may ask the other to try to resolve it in good faith; this does not suspend a limitation period or restrict access to a regulator, court, or statutory dispute process.
10. Changes, Contact, and General Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice before a material change when required. If you do not accept a change, stop using Flowo before it takes effect.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. BBMM may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.
