An ADHD Day Planner Built for the Moment the Plan Breaks

Most planners stop being useful at 11am, when the meeting runs long. How Flowo proposes a new day instead of leaving you with a list of missed blocks.

The plan usually breaks before lunch

A meeting runs forty minutes over. A task that looked like one step turns out to be three. By late morning the calendar shows blocks you already missed, and rebuilding the afternoon by hand costs the attention you wanted for the work itself.

Many adults with ADHD describe this moment as the point where they abandon a planner. We built Flowo around it.

What Flowo does when the day changes

Flowo keeps your fixed events, habits, and daily boundaries such as sleep and meals. When time runs out or priorities shift, the deterministic scheduler proposes new placements for unfinished tasks in the time that is left. You review the proposed day and accept, edit, or ignore it.

  • Capture first: Braindump stores a thought before you decide what it is.
  • Smaller steps on request: Task breakdown proposes editable steps when a task feels too broad to start.
  • A plan you can inspect: every placement comes from inputs you supplied, so you can see why a task landed where it did.

Who it is for

Flowo is designed for adults who find that planning takes more effort than the plan saves, including people with ADHD, whether diagnosed or self-identified. It stores planning data locally and does not require an account.

What we do not claim

Flowo is a planning tool, not a medical device or treatment. We have not run a study showing that it improves ADHD symptoms, focus, or task completion. The Methodology page sets out what the design is based on and where the evidence stops.

Flowo is free to download on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android, with optional in-app purchases.
