We wanted a task list that could account for fixed events, available time, daily boundaries, and unfinished work. That became Flowo.
From a list to an inspectable schedule.
Flowo combines capture, deterministic scheduling, optional task breakdown, and re-planning in one mobile application.
A user supplies tasks, durations, deadlines, priorities, events, habits, and day boundaries. The planner evaluates available slots and returns allocations plus structured status and conflict information. The current everyday flow applies the result and lets the user inspect and edit it; a universal preview-and-confirm step is proposed work, not a shipped feature.

Broad tasks can be split into smaller, editable steps before they enter the schedule.
Plan for real constraints
The scheduler works with fixed events, available time, habits, meals, sleep, and the durations a user provides.
Local-first storage
Core planner records are encrypted on the device. Selected content leaves the device only when a user invokes a disclosed cloud feature.
Make changes inspectable
Flowo can propose new placements when the day changes. Habit streaks are optional and are not required for re-planning.
