Flowo is an account-free mobile planner developed by BBMM Technologies Inc. Core planner records use encrypted local storage, routine scheduling is deterministic, and optional cloud tools run only when invoked. Flowo is not a medical device or treatment.

How does auto-scheduling work?

You provide tasks with deadlines, durations, and priorities plus fixed events, habits, and daily boundaries. The deterministic engine evaluates candidate slots and reports allocations, lateness, compression, shortfalls, and placement failures.

Core planning records stay in encrypted local storage. Selected content leaves the device when a user invokes a disclosed cloud feature, and consented analytics may send content-free interaction events. See the Privacy Policy for processors and retention criteria.

Flowo data rights and deletion

Flowo has no email account and stores planning records on the device. Use Settings → Legal & Privacy → Delete App & Device Data to erase supported local records and the installation's server-side device record.

Request records controlled by BBMM

Email privacy@flowoapp.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability for early-access, contact, quiz, analytics, device-security, or purchase-entitlement records. Include the relevant service, approximate date, reply email, and jurisdiction. Do not send task text, voice content, passwords, payment-card data, or identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure process.

Account-free verification

BBMM may ask for limited information needed to match a record and prevent disclosure to the wrong person. After the app-scoped identity has been erased, BBMM may be unable to match an anonymous installation. Apple and Google control app-store payment records.
