How Flowo works
Routine scheduling uses deterministic rules. Optional generative tools are separate and run only when a user invokes them.
Deterministic scheduling
Add tasks with a deadline, duration, and priority. Flowo evaluates candidate slots around fixed events, habits, daily boundaries, and category windows.
Braindump
Capture a note before selecting a folder or task type. Optional tools can detect time references, group selected entries, or convert a selected note into a task.
User-invoked assistance
A request can include selected task, note, or schedule context. The content needed for that request is processed through the authenticated Flowo API and disclosed AWS services.
Adaptive rescheduling
When priorities or available time change, Flowo can propose new placements for unfinished work. Habit streaks are optional and are not required to revise the plan.
Private by design
Semantic search and deduplication run on your device. User-invoked generative features send the content needed for that request through the authenticated Flowo API to AWS services described in the Privacy Policy.
