-
This is Flowo, a day planner for days that don't go to plan.
-
In the next three minutes you'll see how to empty your head into Flowo,
-
turn it into a schedule that fits the hours you actually have,
-
and rebuild the day in one tap when something runs over.
-
Start by telling Flowo about your week.
-
Type it the way you'd say it:
-
work nine to six, Monday to Friday, school pickup at three fifteen.
-
Flowo asks a few short questions,
-
then builds a draft week.
-
Sleep, meals and anything fixed go in first.
-
Your tasks fill the time that's left.
-
Next, the brain dump.
-
Open Thoughts and write whatever is on your mind, in any order.
-
Call the landlord.
-
Fall budget.
-
Field trip form.
-
Nothing needs a folder or a date yet.
-
When you're ready, tap Tidy Up.
-
Flowo sorts the list into to-dos and notes,
-
and you decide what becomes a task.
-
Some tasks are too big to start.
-
Open one and ask Flowo to break it down.
-
You get smaller steps, each with a time estimate you can edit.
-
Keep the ones that make sense and delete the rest.
-
Now look at today.
-
Every task has a place on the grid,
-
around the client call at eleven and the pickup at three fifteen.
-
Tap any block to see why it landed there, or edit it.
-
The plan is a suggestion you control.
-
Then the day changes.
-
The call runs long, and the client deck no longer fits before noon.
-
Flowo marks it No room instead of letting the deadline slip quietly.
-
Open it, and Flowo offers options: move the deadline, or leave it as is.
-
Pick one, see exactly what moves, and accept.
-
Pickup and dinner keep their times.
-
That's the loop: dump, plan, rebuild.
-
Flowo is free to start on iPhone and Android, with no account to create.
